Great stuff is happening!
So grateful for this new space in Somerville, MA. It's right in Teele Square on Broadway at The Therapy Center for Mind and Body. I'll be offering shirodhara there beginning this Saturday, June 2.
The most beautiful thing - the space is SO quiet. So very important for a great shirodhara. When the oil is flowing over your forehead, your mind is quieted and your senses are heightened. Any sound heard is so apparent. A quiet space is key to the whole experience - allowing deep rest for the mind and nervous system.
