Yesterday I began an oil recycling program with Smartfuel of Seabrook, NH. Smartfuel collects waste oil, mostly from restaurants, to create a green fuel alternative to petroleum-based fuels. Usually, waste oil is collected and sold overseas to be used in animal feed and cosmetics, which are then sold back to the United States.
Shirodhara oil can be reused for four consecutive treatments in a one month period. Beyond one month, the oil will be considered waste and will be recycled with Smartfuel.
